This division of the Finance Department is responsible for operation, maintenance and procurement of the City centralized data-center; Public Safety servers and systems; departmental specific network systems and applications; local and wide area network equipment and approximately 130 desktop computers spread over ten locations in the City. In addition; telecommunications equipment, fax machines, copiers, postage machines, and other major office equipment is procured and maintained by the Department. The Information Systems Operations Supervisor and the Information Systems Network Technician, physically maintain the network and all supporting equipment and software.
